Return Policy for print on demand clothing items supplied by I Dress Myself

We are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand items, our return policy is designed to address specific scenarios as outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

    Defective or Damaged Products:

    If your item arrives with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage sustained during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a clear description of the issue along with photographic evidence so we can resolve the matter promptly.

    Incorrect Items:

    If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, notify us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    As all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

    Buyer’s Remorse:

    We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of heart or ordering the wrong size or colour. Please refer to the detailed sizing charts on each product page to ensure you select the correct size.

    Personalised Items:

    Products featuring personal designs, names, or other custom elements cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

  3. Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange:

    Request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN):

    Contact our customer service team at manifesto@ecotricity.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

    Approval:

    Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and provide return instructions if your return is approved. Do not send items back without receiving a RAN.

    Return Shipping:

    Depending on the situation, we may cover return shipping costs. If not, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Refunds and Exchanges

    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    Exchanges:

    If you prefer a replacement, we will produce and ship the new item at no additional cost once the return is received and approved.

  5. Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production may have started.

Returns for books

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.

  2. Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange:

    Request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN):

    Contact our customer service team at manifesto@ecotricity.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
